Mass of welding head: approx. 4000 Kg.

The new VAIA CAR KUBE welding head, created for mobile and fixed welding installations, is the most advanced system available for welding rails of any profile, including Vignoles, and for pre-tensioning them up to 1 km in length.

the machine in question, loaded on the rail trolley is in compliance with the international clearance gauge.


Self-positioning on road or rail track:


by manoeuvring the front and rear outriggers, the machine can be automatically positioned from a road surface to a railway line and vice versa.

Certifications:


The VAIACAR SPARK RAIL type rail/road mobile flash butt welder, constructed following the current Community Directives, has been CE certified and is in compliance with all the applicable standards. Additionally, a Certificate of Approval may be issued on request for the obtaining of the Ministry of Transport vehicle registration document.
